Clock back light..?
I replaced the head unit and when I reconnected the clock the back light to it when I turn on the head-lights, the back panel light on the clock no longer comes on. The clock works but not the back light on the clock. What fuse did I burn? Also, I forgot a CD in the factory unit, is there an easy way to get it out, other then reinstalling the facory unit. Thanks

I took the clock off again, and noticed there is NO bulb, and yes I have done a search on the threads. There is a little black circle on the back, I believe that is where the bulb sits. After reading the other threads, it seems like there is a holder and then the bulb. I know I can get the bulb from a HOnda dealer, but can I also get the holder? Also if anyone has any pics of what the holder and bulb look like, please post. They fell off when I put the clock back on...so I have no idea what to look for. Thanks in advance!
It's true, the clocks is finicky...it might not be your bulb. My clock light has been off and on for the last 3 years or so, the bulb isn't burned out, there must be a loose connection somewhere in the line/socket, cause it goes off and on every once in a while. When it goes out, I remove the clock and wiggle the connectors, tap the clock, plug it in and it usally comes back on.
And yes, there is a bulb to replace, it's very small, but you'll figure it out.

also what you might want to do in the future is to disconnect the battery before fiddling with the radio...I read on somewhere on a Honda forum...that with the battery connected when you connect or disconnect the clock...there might be some current surge that causes the light to blow
