Rear View Camera

Hey guys check this out, I've been thinking about getting this off of eBay just wondering if anyone has used this.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...e=STRK:MEWA:IT

I would like to place this in the front of my car. So when it rains I could view it on my screen. Just to toy around with.

I like that feature where your LCD shows the rear of the car when you put the transmission in reverse.
Instead I would like to mount this in the front of my car that way I could look at it on my screen.

only 30 bucks...why not...

Just to mess around..I dont really care about the 35 bucks.
I wouldnt mind using it in the rain that way I can see if the roads look a bit clearer.
Or Ill just face it to the rear to see whos behind me etc.......

Next thing is spike strips shooting out from below my car...lol

Those cameras are actually really fun to mess with.

Dont use them as your only rear view though, thats not legal anywhere in the U.S. as of yet.

Theres a car i think its the CTS or DTS something like that, that displays the road ahead of you on your window.
One of my drug dealing friends has one of those cars ( Ill find out today ) in the rain theres a small display on his windshield that shows the road as if it wasnt raining.

Thats what I want to get. I guess I got a new project at hand.

Or you could do this. Put the camera facing the rear, then put the monitor where you rear view mirror is. That way, even though you still have that habit of looking in the rearview mirror when backing up, you're still seeing what's behind you. :oh:

Though I think that would seriously mess you up now that the left is actually right and vice versa.
