Default blown fuse?? HELP

when i was installing my glo gauges, i ran them from the dimmer switch power source. In the process, i accidentally let the red and black wires touch. Some sparks flew and then my gauge lights (not the glo gauges, i took those out), and the beeping from when you leave your lights on dont work. anyone know what has happened? is it just a blown fuse? any help will be appreciated...thanks.
