Newbie to honda owrld need help
 

Hey guys im new to honda's. Have a 93 honda LX as you can tell by my name. My question is are there any "free mods" that can be done? I mean im a daily driver car so i dont need anything drastic. I was goin to look into intake + K&N air filter and also new plugs and wires. What plugs do you guys recommend for this car and wires ? also is there a good place to get decent parts online ? any stickys or web sites would also be great thanks guys.

I did some more reading and came up with a AEM CAI looks to be best for these cars. The one where the piping runs all the way through and ther filter is located by the pass tire i think. I saw a web site on it.

Yeah, AEM CAI is the way to go. Try using the search button, it'll help.

AEM is a good intake however I'd forgo the wires for now as your ignition system on puts out as much voltage as is needed so you will not need anything better than stock until you start running some serious hp. However yes, NGK plugs are the way to go or Denso is pretty good too.

how are these short intakes ? I saw a COSMO racing intake for a decent price. It is mandrel bent .

HOORAY FOR A GOOD SEARCH! don't bother w/ plugs unless urs need a replacement...the cai isn't short...it's long...the short ram's are short, and IMHO not recommended
