damn i wish my car was quite like originally

a month or 2 after changing timing belt i now have this small annoying

problems i really dont know if they are relate it. When the car is on, the rpm

needle moves up and down but veryyyyy little like a mm or cm, no matter if

cold or hot at the same time because of this "i think", there is vibration righ

under the car (driver & passenger seat} is not the muffler because i install a

new one. when i push the muffler with my feet when the car is on the

noise/vibration goes away like if something other than muffler is loose. it also

goes away when i am driving over 20mph . and the other annoying noise is

the timing belt/one of those belt<> sometime screams like when i turn the

car on especially when the car is cold.

In terms of the screaming noise with your belts, it is the alternator belt. It is doing that because the belt is not tight enough yet. Whatever you do, don't get that spray that is supposed to be for squealing belts, because all it does is rot the belt really fast. I had that problem too when I got my belts replaced.

If is not the muffler then maybe its a clamp or some kind of component of the muffler since you are sure that it goes away when you apply pressure to it. If you weren't sure then I could suggest that it might be that your heat sheild was loose.

That heat shield rattling is classic, make sure everything is secured.
