Well given that the 2nd gen TL is based off the 6th gen Accord, if you want a truly OEM clean look, you can put an entire TL dash and navigation unit into it. :fawk:

Otherwise it'd have to be custom installed.

Kenwood has a pretty sick deck out now, its a double DIN, so it would fit the whole radio opening, and the whole faceplate is a monitor. Its a touch screen, which works most of the controls, and the more common controls are on each side of the screen. It has a navi input for use with their navigation unit... for both units you'll be lookin almost $3000, but it is a very slick setup. Much better than a flip out monitor IMO. The navi unit gets mounted elsewere, like in the trunk, and there in an external antenna for the GPS. The deck is also a DVD player, so you can watch movies or hook up a PS2 or other game console. As far as I'm concerned, I think its the best way to go. Putting a TL dash in your car would be a ridiculous amount of money, and not worh it for just a navi system.

You could get a navi sysytem for about $1300 and buy a 7" screen to fit in the double din. Then put your radio in that tray that attaches to the bottom of the opening under the radio.
A monitor like this would fit nice:

Here is a 7" screen in the dash:

And here is scree w/that piece I was talking about:

Or maybe something like this:
