Default hit and run

i parked my car across the street and this woman backed-in and tripped my alarm. i went to take a look and both driver side doors are dented and scratched (big-time) and that woman quickly pulled away and fled. i got two witnesses that saw everything including that woman's plate number. filed a police report (obviously a no-helper). one of the witness told me to call my insurance company and make them trace (but i only have liability). please advice what else can be done?

thanks

since u follow a police report now call ur insurance/ ur agent. have him track his plate he will tell u that bitch insurance and the phone number for her insurancem u just tell her insurance u have a police report on the hit and run and ur car was park. just make sure u tell ur agent ur car was PARK u are NOT the driver. it dont matter what cheap shit u have, ur car was park u pay nothing 0, her insurance will pay everything and her driving record should b a little ****up after this i hope so, now go find every single posible problem cause by her hit and find someone who can hook u up and charge like a few thousands for the damage, remember all dealers part not chineese after mark chit. her insurance will ask if u have a estimate and shit. anyway if nothing works just track her plate number someone post a website this week where u can track a plate number and gives u the adreess and just go one night i **** up her vehicle, what i would do i would just go and burn it 3-5am is best time to do that. if u hit someone no matter what where u can always give the person a few hundreds dollars rather than speed away.

i'm fking mad like a dog because this is my second brand new painted bumper and is fking scratch ugly thanks to some fking white truck/SUV just tooo bad i was never there when it happen, wish i had a plate # to track. i try not to park n the street nyc is gay

When that happened to me, my insurance company was helpful and tracked down the address and phone # of the driver that caused the accident, despite the fact that I only carried liability coverage at the time.

lol, what is she going to do, kill the witnesses?
dont worry about, now that u have a license number its only a matter of time of getting all your money back to fix and watch her pay fines.

My lil sis got into accedent a while a go and guy, he was at fault, didn't have license, insurance and not even his car. When, my sis got all info including police info, went down to insurance office and talked to manager and then to president of company. She did have only liability, but this company had an option that with all of that info about guy, vitneses, and police report they paying to you and then hire lawyers and go after the guy at fault, making him paying for accedent and lawyers fee also.
She got her money, and guy still going throught bunch of courts.

Ask your insurance about this kinda of policy or simly take info from your vitness and go to civil court with lawyer, but before get and estimate at the most expencive shop in town and get your money.
