I'm working on my girlfriends 96 Honda Accord, 2.7l V6 with an auto trans. And the gauge cluster is fried. I was trying to find a used replacement part but all i was able to find were gauge clusters from 2.2l 4cyl Accords. I called up my local Honda dealer to see if the clusters are compatible, as both have SRS, ABS and cruise control. And he told me no, that they have different connectors. Yet they look the exact same to me. So I'm not sure if the guy i spoke to knew what he was talking about. So my question is, will a Gauge cluster from a 4cyl accord fit in a 6cyl accord? everything else is the same, year, ABS, SRS, Cruise control and both came from an automatic Trans.
