2001 front bumber in a 2000 accord??
 

Hi am new here!!

I will put a 2001 front bumper in my accord 2000 coupe v6

Some people had put 98-00 bumpers on 2001 so y will try to put a 01 on my 2000 they had told me that it will be a little bigger but that it will fit.
does any one of you Know about this???

i've never seen a 98 - 00 coupe owner give up their bumper before. the OEM lip kit was designed for those years only, so 01-02 owners find them to be a treasured item.

i think he wants to swap out the 00 bumper for the 01 cuz the 01 looks wayyyy better stock

Thanks Eklypse 39 yes its true but I want the 01 because I can put foglight on and I like it better!!! And for the same reason that ODUB give!!

But by the way how much does the OEM lip kit cost???

i think it depends what he wants to do, if he wants an aftermarket kit, like a whole bumper replacement, it doesnt matter what bumper he has, cuz he'll have to switch it out anyway completely. anyway, personally, i'd go with the OEM lip kit on a 98-00 than the OEM 01-02, but thats not a fair comparison cuz ones a body kit, and ones a stock bumper. keep ur bumper, unless u want the oem lip kit, which goes for around $900 new now on most sites like www.handaaccessories.com, $1200 new at honda(rip off), or u can try to get them used on ebay or other accord forums. i got my front lip and rear lip for $200, WOOOT! gonna put them on in the spring.

Wow nice price !!!! but i think i am going with the 20001 bumper but the question is it shoul fit find???

because I brought the angel eyes and they said 98-02 so the 2001 bumper should fit right???
