Default need help-bad vibration from steering wheel

i have had my car for 2 years now; and within the first year, my car started to have a vibration through the steering wheel when ever i stopped the car (complete stop). the vibration is a lot stronger now since installed a bolt-on performance exhaust. before i installed the performance exhaust, when i turn on the headlights it would shake a little bit more than when idle. but now with the new performance exhaust on, when i turn on the headlights it would shake like a one of those electric massage for your back. i tried balancing my tires and alignment.. but that didn't help.. i also have a Bosch +2 spark plugs, too... I used the 87 gas and it shake like hell, tried the 89 gas and it a little bit better, and tried the 92 and it kinda feel like the car vibration when i haven't install the performance exhaust, still shaking but a lot better than with the 87 or 89 gas... it comes back on when i turn on the headlights, foglight, or a/c is the worsest one. Can anyone help me with this, please... thanks

TB=throttle body

by techron, do you mean chevron gas with techron, or do they sell a seperate additive? The reason why I ask is because I've let the gas go to near empty numerous time :doh: What about STP's fuel additives?
