94 Accord
Best car I ever owned . Bought it with 105,000 miles and gave it away free to a friend with 388,000 ..(after I bought a Toyota Corola with 83,000 cheap from an elderly citizen.)
The Accord had the original starter at 388,000. I replaced the alternator and distributor at 300,00 not because I had to but because I had spare ones with 150,000 miles. I tore down the original alternator revealing the brushes were only half worn. The automatic transmission was a gem and Never had a problem . Even at 388,00 that tranny shifted beautifully with that VTECH kicked in on the highway. I always drained the 2.6 quarts every 30,000 keeping it red in color. And added ONLY Honda Tranny fluid from the dealer..So easy to change with the magnetic plug.. It cornered nice and had a nice comfortable ride. .....I miss it. My friend has it now..trust me I will never buy another Toyota..My next car will be another Accord but I still have a Civic '99 with 60,000..
