Hi, I have 97 Accord and thinking to buy bilstein HD with Prokit, anyone knows bilstein HD shocks come with own bumpstops or not? If no, can I use my stock bumpstops wih them? Thanks.

 

i'm not 100% sure, but i think the bilsteins come with their own bumpstops that are smaller than stock. i read it somewhere on hondasociety.com.

where are you getting your parts? i'm going to use the same setup

i also bought my bilsteins from shox.com, i ended up paying $389 shipped for all four. yes, the bilsteins come with new bumpstops, about 1/2 inch shorter than stock, and made out of much tougher material.
i lowered my car with neuspeed sports and bilstein HD shocks, and i can honestly say that the ride quality is much better than any other lowered car i've ever ridden in.

 

momo, if u get the bilstein HD's, will u tell me how much u like them? i wanna kno, cuz i thinkin bout them, the Koni's, or Tokico Illumina's(adjustables)... cuz i want near stock ride as possible, i didnt like the blue tokico blue(cheaper ones) feel, ive been in so many people's car who have them. so i wanna kno how good these bilsteins are.. i heard their pretty good

does blistein make shocks for 6th gens? i've been looking for one but aint getting any luck

 

wolfgang, they do make them for the 6th generations, the HDs, and the SP's(?) i think, im not sure what the other kind is

 

RKV... which one is the adjustable ones? and how much do they run for?
