Damn it, blew my front shocks.....
ok, I know I was asking for it by lowering the car on just adjustable springs w/ stock struts, but here's my question- I plan on raising the car back up to stock height for winter, what would be the least expensive way to replace the struts? should I risk putting in some junkyard struts? would brand new aftermarket be less expensive than brand new Honda struts? Help please!!
did u by any chance scratch up the "chrome" rod on ur strut when replacing the springs? When that happened to me I just replaced all 4 with aftermarket and it cost me an arm and a leg.
no, I just want stock again. this car's only temporarily mine for the winter, then it goes bak to my mom, and she wants the suspension stock. where can I get really cheap front struts?
 :lmao:
Wow...that's about the funniest thing I've heard of. You lowered your mom's car...blew the front shocks...and you have to give it back to her. THAT"S EFFIN HILARIOUS! You should really save modding for a car you actually OWN!

First off, SHE paid for the lowering springs, because she wanted a slightly lower ride height, and only now wants it back to stock because she didn't like the car rode. Secondly, the only reason i'm driving this car is because my prelude show car is in the shop getting body work done. So yeah, I need some cheap front struts, so don't be dicks.
