Well arent we all a bunch of jack asses.

The easiest thing to do man is get a switch that has 3 prongs on it a + a - and a accersorry. The negative is grounded somehwere to the car. look under a bolt were there metal touching metal. Then the + its easiest to run it through the firewall and to your battery. I used to have 2 neon 6" tubes from streetglow under my dash like what your wanting. and All I did was cut teh cigarette lighter plug in off and then splice the wires to teh switch. One of them goes into the accersory spot and the other to the ground. this way youll be able to turn them on and off. I think this is the way i did it but you can always do trial and error. And dont even worry about these guys, they hate on anything thats not "jdmish"
