Default d16y8 question

i just found a d16y8 head off of a 99 civic ex,but he doesn't have the intake. i have an intake off of a 94 ex head. will that fit and work properly on the y8 head? please help me out guys

and also.....which intake gasket would be used for this setup if it works? the z6 or the y8?

I don`t know much about SOHC`s but I don`t think it will work. I am pretty sure you need the manifold for the y8. But I may be wrong.

even though they're interchangable id rather get a y8 since it flows more due to the bigger plenum.
