Default Allen Key Bolt???

I just received my '99 Si rear sway bar, and I had a question. On the end links, there is the nut at the end, but then there is also a place for an allen key on the actual bolt. What is this for? What does it adjust? How do I adjust it? How much do I adjust it? Thanks in advance.

sounds like youd be inserting an allen wrench in there in order to hold the bar while you adjusted the end links by spinning them up or down. similar to your struts only this provides adjustability?

on one end you have the allen key hole. on the opposite end or behind that you should have a nut. use an open end wrench or socket to tighten or loosen the nut and the use the allen key to keep the bolt from spinning while you're tightening or loosening it.
