Default Where'd you get ur RS*R

Hey guys, just wondering where everyone got their RS*R's from.
I don't feel like waiting for the stupid Modacar Group buy, I was the second person to sign up, it will take forever to get 10 people.

Post some sites with decent prices, thanks in advance...

also, when people say "it quiet, it sounds like stock" do they mean EXACTLY like stock, or like quiet, sounds stock at idle, but when you rev it up a little it gets a little more throaty...

thanks

Just buy it straight up from Modacar. $500 + shipping.

I bought mine from the overstock back in the mid 90's before they lost their distributor rights at Racing Beat. $280 shipped. I got lucky.

Modacar is still the cheapest (besides groupbuys) for the brand new ones.

Why not get RS*R muffler and do custom 2.25" mandrel bent piping with resonator and high flow cat? Do you think $600 is worth for a catback which will yield less than 10whp? IMO....

dude, finding a good exhaust shop in my area is like finding a needle in a haystack. they all use crush bent piping. also, their all hicks and they NEVER do exactly what you ask. You always have to go back and forth with em until it gets done right. Its such a pain in the ass, they cut corners everywhere and think everyone that doesn't have a muscle car is clueless about cars...

and I'm not really getting it for the horsepower.

can you buy nice resonators online anywhere? what about nice exhaust tips?
