Default Will a stock GSR air box fit on my EG

Anybody know? I'm asking because I wanna make an "ice box" and/or constuct some kind of scanless air scoop coming from my front/right grill peice. Any suggestions will help. The more scanless the better.

ps. reasons for doing this;
1. cost
2. fun
3. easy filter replacing/ cleaning
4. right now Im running the stock gsr hose to a open filter.

Use a gs-r hose and del sol box. The GS-R won't bolt in, but I guess you could "make" it work.

I have a GSR airbox (along with the TEG piping from it to the TB) under the hood of my 95 Civic Coupe. I was able to get one of the mounts to line up which is enough to keep it in place. I could probably dig up a picture if you like to see it.

If you can post, I'd like to see it. Did you rig up any kind of scanless cold air to the box or what?
If the "ice box" thing is gonna be too much work, I'm thinking about just using a K&N drop-in, no box and taking out my right headlight when I'm about to run.

I looked for the picture, but cannot seem to find it. I'll take another one this weekend then try to post it. I was originally going to do some CAI, but now that I have a S2000 I'm not as into souping up the Civic. I will say the integra airbox (with a K&N inside) is better than using bigger K&N in open air -- at least for me.

Don't trip, I'll think of something. If I had a S2000, I would've already sold my civic.
BTW; How do you like your S2000? My lady is thinking about getting one. Do they feel fast?

The Civic is the daily driver so the S2000 is only driven on top-down weather days. It's over 3 years old with only 12k miles. I plan to keep it for MANY years to come. It feels plenty fast for me. It is a joy to drive, but doesn't throw you back in your seat like the torque of a Corvette.
