Emergency! Need ECU for D15b Vtec

My friend swapped his engine but not the ecu and his car was running badly now its in the shop but he need to find a JDM D15b Vtec ECU for it ASAP... please anyone know where to get one?!

Also, I beleive P28's will work among aother ECU's

I have a USDM 99 civic EX ecu. d18y8 I believe it will work fine.

I researched this a TON when I was getting ready to replace my motor...

a d15b vtec had been made available to me for really cheap and I was going to buy it but I did not know if the ECU would work.

The results I got from asking a ton of people were about 80% said that yes a p28 (92-95 EX/SI vtec ecu) would work fine on the motor. I decided it wasnt worth the risk and went with the d16z6 stock for stock replacement, but after all that I would probably say that it would've worked just fine.

My friend runs a P28 on his JDM D15B. It'll work :thumbup:
