I have no idea what brand the OEM aux lights are...but they are DIM. Really dim. The difference in light between normal headlights and headlights + aux lights is negligible. I would highly recommend a set of good 1156s - they're cheap!

I want the housing and lens. My sol is a 97 and did not come with fogs but my body kit has the holes for the driving lights in the bumber.

Get the EDM aux's...those have a clear (I think glass) housing and they use H4 bulbs...

How much are the EDM's? I might be willing to splurge on those.

At present, they go for about $300 for the pair...I've seen them go cheaper before though.

Do you have exp installing them or is that not your car in the picture? I'd like to do something like that sometime. Just remove the front bumper and you have full access?

You could always go with the Catz MSC driving lights. What I did was just buy a pair of lamps. I didn't get a kit. The lights will hook up to your factory wiring harness with minimal modification. I believe I paid $225 for the pair.
