Oil drain bolt torque specs + a few more questions.

First post on this site. I have a 2001 silver civic ex 2 door. 44,000 miles on it in a little over the 2 years I've had it. No major problems so far. I've decided to start changing the oil instead of having someone else do it, so what's the oil drain bolt need to be torqued to?

Also I'm having problems with my drivers side window. It goes down fine as long as you hold the button down, but the auto down doesn't work well at all. It'll roll down a few inches then stop. Anyone else having this problem. Is there a service bulletin out for this?

I also want to switch from dyno oil to synthetic. Is there a recommended procedure for that? Just swap them all at once or gradually mix them until I'm at full synthetic? Ex... 1 qt of syn 4 of dyno this time, next time 2 syn 3 dyno until i'm at full synthetic?

I don't plan on modifying the car as I have a bike to play with, but it's been a great car, easy to take care of and very reliable. Here's a pic of my toy and the car.

you can't mix regular and synthetic oil.

and for the drain plug, i just tighten it until it's tight. works for me. :dunno:

tighten to around 30 ft.lbs and you can just change from regular oil to synthetic

It's 15-20ft/lbs for the bolt.

And don't mix the oil. Just put in synthetic and you will be fine.
