USDM ECU's

Hey another question for you guys again.
If I swap my D15B7 engine with the H22A JDM Engine how hardis it to find a USDM ECU That will work with the H22? If anyone could give me some advice it would be really helpful thanks!

most swaps that i have seen come with ecu.. some even come with the wiring harness...

Yeah, but its going to be a JDM Engine with a USDM wiring harness and ECU, thts what im sorta worried about..
