The sun will make then go back into shape if they are bent/warped.

I don't think so man. Never heard of that. My front lip is full urethane and I have never had any problems like that. What happened....you looked at them one day the they were out of shape???
if its unmounted and in the sun or around heat it will warp. side skirts are the worse cause they dont go back to shape even if you remount it and put it in the sun like a front/rear kit.

I keep hearing about urethane sideskirts warping in the sunlight...but I didn't know that they warp back into shape..
From personal experience if you get into a light fenderbender with urethane and it's bent. All you have to do is take it off the car and stick it in the sun it will go back into shape.

When Wings West sent my brother his RS kit 3 years ago. The sideskirts were all folded up for shipping, they sent it out. Directions were to leave it in the hot sun for a few hours and it went back into shape.
Maybe try making some steel/aluminum shims to support the kit from below. I'm in the same boat sort of. My front bumper stays very well but my rear bumper is starting to sag. It looks like I need to just reinforce it from underneath, and it should retain its shape much better. The kit has very little lower support right now. Maybe that'd work for your side skirts as well.

Came in a small rectangle box...lol...all folded. Boy is urethane flexable or what.
