Default Important question!!!

My motor swap is complete!! Yayyy! One problem though.. I am still waiting on the p72 ECU. Currently the motor has been started and run using my stock ECU for my 99 civic EX. Do you guys think I should wait to pick my car up or I will be fine driving it home with that ECU? Its a one hour drive. Or is this bad for the motor?

Dude.. you've come this far, don't rush it. Wait for the P72 and call it good... don't take any chances when you're almost done with it.

Congrats on the swap!

Already sold.

Well what ECU should I get? I can't find any 96 p72 ecu's??? I want to stick with that year so I don't throw any engine codes. What are my other options?

definitely. I've bought about $3k from him alone.

Tell him that Josh (westcoaststyle) sent you.
It's been a while, but I think he'll remember. Very good guy, but won't budge on pricing. :happysad:

:edit: I meant the ECU, but he might have the tranny too.
