I know I'm an idiot, so don't harass me about ignorance, stupidity, or anything else...

I was driving down RT. 1 South at around 60-65 (in a 55) and i noticed it was wide open...so i downshifted and floored it to 95MPH....just as i let off the gas and about to slow back down to 60, I get pulled over...state cop....

I have to goto court in Rehobeth, I don't know what the fine is yet, but he said it'll be around 200, and since I'm only 16, I COULD get my liscense suspended if my home state(MD) finds out...which they will...but since it's my first offense, I hope they will go easy on me..

What do you guys think, am I dead?

95 mph in a 55mph zone.. hmm, there's a definate possibly you license might be suspended.. just make up some stuff about you needing the car for work or school or something.. some1 i kno w/ a prelude has had so much shit happen to him.. he has like 5 speeding tickets, 2 accidents (he totaled one of the cars), got caught for racing, tried running away from the cop.. cops came to his house b/c he missed his court date.. his car was impounded for a couple days, but iono how he got out of all that crap.. he still drives to this day.. odd.

at that point, officers quit writing tickets and just throw you in the back of the squad car.

maybe, MAYBE if you had more on-the-road experience, but you're 16.
