I have a B18 motor dropped in a Del Sol. My question:

Will the compressor for a 1.6 ltr D16 motor fit on a B18 engine? It should work providing the belts line up and you have the mounting bracket to hold it to the frame, right?


I found the parts for really cheap, but I need to know if it'll work before I spend money on it. It was suggested I post in here about it instead of the Del Sol forums.

 

The bolt patterns are different. You can a.) Get a new Integra compressor or b.) get the p54 a/c bracket. I would choose b. if I were you.

 

so with option B, the Del Sol compressor (1.6) will work fine?
