Default power windows and locks..door question

wanted to add power window and locks to my dx. I have a set of power doors. should i change the whole doors, or take out the component from the powe door and change in insides? what's the best way to go. I"m hesitant about changing the doors becasue they are different color which means it's going to be needing paint. but also messing around with the inside, might not make it work right. any suggestion which is the best route?

just swap the internals and hook up the wiring.

why repaint your doors?

You're gonna have to run all the wiring and get messy with it anyway, so just replace the liners, switches, and wiring. Leave the door as it is. Trust me..... if you repaint your doors, they will never match the rest of the car (aged paint is near impossible to match).
