Default COIL overs and 17 Inch Rims?? Your suggestions?

Okay, Im getting 17's real soon.

I have a 95 civic coupe.

I dont want my car to camber horribly, but what should i adjust the coil overs to in the front and rear so that it looks low with the 17's on but dosent hit the fender well? its okay if there is some wheel gap? your suggestions please

set it so you have about an inch of gap and you should be fine. I had 17's with stock suspension for about a month ebfore getting coilovers, and only rubbed on hard cornering...

My recommendation?

16" rims, a camber kit for front and rear, and an alignment. Unless you want your tires worn out in about 5-10k miles.

i say 16's as opposed to 17's because w/17's you'll be scared that every pot hole will dent your rims, and they will too :-/

i say you get 15's with 205/50/15 tires. 17s on a civic are too big IMO.

Mine is dropped on Ground Control coilovers and 17" RH rims. I dont drive it very much though, maybe 8,000 miles per year?

The tire barely touches the fenders. I have camber kits front and rear, and annual alignment. No problems so far. No scraping or rubbing noticible, but like I said I dont drive the car often.
