Default Bubbling noise...?

For some reason, at 0 mph when I step on the gas real hard my car goes slowly like (bububublelebublel) for a few seconds then it goes (vvvvvvrrrrrr) real fast. It will also do it right before it automatically change gears. (Like my foot pressing the pedal is normal at 45 mph-50 mph)

I think the root of it is electric? If so which component? If not whatdya folsk think?

check tps sensor signal. see if it hiccups but youll need a scope to accurately see this.

also maybe fuel ralated, like your fuel filter is clogged causing hesitation

I'd say 9 outta 10 it is the fuel filter if that's never been changed. Not saying it can't be elictrical but I know I'd much rather change out a fuel filter rather than who knows what electrical component.
