Does fender from 4dr fit on 2dr?

actucally i'm looking for a driver side front fender in silver for a 99 civic 2dr...my question is does one from a 96-00 civic 4dr fit on a 2dr? also is the color same between the years?

it must be 99-00. the other years are different
