projector wiring ?

Default projector wiring ?

i just installed the bmw style projectors into my car. there are red & black wires on each light....and i know the black wire has to go to something ground and the red to something power. but i just dont know where to put the red wire! what under there is considered power!!?? thanks!

I haven ewver installed projectors, but if you want them to come on when you turn the lights on, i would think you would have to wire it to the lead power to the haed light and ground it. like i said i have never done this.. good luck

the headlights come when i turn em on....these style projectors are the bmw ones and they have a ring that is suppose to light up around the actual light and that is what requires the black/red wires im questioning about!

its easy , just splice the wires to your corner light , there should be 3 wires from the corner , one is black one is green and the other , i forgot , but the green is what makes it blink so dont touch that and connect black to black red to the other color . and hopefully it should work

Yup.. tap them into your parking lights... that's what I did...

i just went & looked at it and are the wires the ones that are with the wiring harness for the projectors (corner lights plugged into them) or are they the ones that are stock with the car and covered up in black plastic loom stuff!!?? thanks

I think it's in factory black loom... there should be 3 wires to the corner, ground, high, and low... tap into the low and ground, or you could ground anywhere on the chassis.
