Dude, agressive brake pads, it'll give you ALL the stopping power you need with your 4 wheel disk.

I have 4 wheel disk brakes, with AEM brake pads and slotted/cross drilled rotors, and good sticky tires (bridgestone potenza RE730's) and with a full car (4 people, and their luggage, including me and my stuff) I was able to lock up all 4 when a deer ran out in front of me while i was doing 70+ mph... thats PLENTY of stopping power

but yea, check out www.fastbrakes.com they have kits for it. 5 lug as NOTHING to do with stopping faster. Sit back, look at your question, and then think about how stupid it was Remember there's no such thing as stupid questions, only stupid people
You can't just plop on the calipers, they don't fit, any you don't have the brackets or anything.

The caliper will bolt up. You can use either PRelude or ITR rotors redrilled to 4x100.

No. The hub diameter is the same, so the Prelude/ITR rotors will fit and center themselves on the hub. The Fastbrakes R spec 4x100 kits use redrilled rotors, and I have never heard of any of them failing.
