How do I access the center brake light on a '94 Honda Civic hatchback?

How do I access the center brake light on a '94 Honda Civic hatchback?
My car is overdue for inspection and the center brake light is out. I can't figure out how to access the housing to change the bulb. '94 Honda Civic hatchback.

u have to open the hatch and look on the inner side of the hatch (by the top of window) and there will be a piece of plastic that will have to be taken off and then there will be the bolts for the wing and take that off and then there is the light.....
