Default Reparing rims (painting/powdercoating)

If I have a small scratch on a rim, is there any way a shop can fix it by painting or powdercoating that part ONLY? I don't want the whole rim to be sprayed. Also, does anyone know a shop in SoCal that can do this type of work?

depending on what color your rims are, if the scratch isn't too big you might be able to touch it up with a paint marker. just a thought that would save a lot of cash

I'm in Orange County. The rims are gunmetal ITRs. Where can I get paint marker?

Duplicolor's spray paint that is gunmetal (the one that is supposedly specific for painting wheels) is pretty good. I've painted a scuffed gunmetal wheel and you can't even tell it was scuffed.
