95 Civic tail lights won't turn off

Tail lights won't turn off after I switch off the lights switch, turn off the the engine and pulling the key out... How can I fix this problem? Thanks.

maybe a bad connection between wires?

Hello every one I would say that there is a short in the column at the lite switch
