Default Need Help.

Hey guys,

A friend of mine. Female and very cute, has asked me to do some work on her car recently. Well after a quick wash, adjusting of timing, cleaning fuel system, cleaning up interior, tighten throttle cable, and topping off fluids, she re loves her 1993 Del Sol. But it's in die need of a tune up again. Hesitation is still there and the car just click 124,986 miles. So she asked me to do the tune up. Being the nice guy that I am (Hoping to get something special outta this) Said I would for price of parts. What all would I need to do to do a full tune up on a 1993 Del Sol. 1.6 SOHC VTEC. Also, I noticed it has NO power steering, no pump, or canister. But the steering is tough as hell. Could it be that someone took out the power steering accesories or what? Shouldn't this car have it, or if not have Rack and pinion steering? But it's very tough to control.

Thanks,
Neo

PS, I'll post pics later when I'm done with the tune up

Ya man, things are cool. This weekend I won't make it. My Tranny is busted. Dude where's all the pics and video you took from the WCG man. I never saw any of it. Whats up!

For a tune up, it's plugs, wires, cap and rotor, fuel filter, air filter, oil change, tranny fluid change... I think that's it. That's about what I do. Also, adjust the valve lash... Depending on the hesitation, it could be a crapped up fuel filter, a bad vacuum line, or a misaligned TPS... What I listed is a fairly in depth tune up...

Ok... Dumb question, but where's a good place to get all this stuff. Any places offer good deals or should I go to the local Auto Zone, Pep Boys, Kragens.
