5 lug hub on 4 Lug spindle (rear)
Like the title says whats your thought about this?? I was reading a thread on Honda-Tech and there was a guy that did it and he used a mazda axle nut in order to hold the hub on. What im thinking is that i could just use the 5 lug hub on my SI trailing arms, to save me some money from having to buy Type R trailing arms. Here is the link to the thread. http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1978033&page=1 I cant get the pics to open at work, (stupid filter) So if you could host the pics on HAN's server that would be great. Thanks

looks interesting, above my head, but interesting
so I just read through the entire thing. Sounds simple enough, and I have an extra set of TSX rims sitting around. I get mad discount through work. I think I will start collecting parts here and there, then get this setup done in the spring. I already am doing the GSR rear disk conversion. I also have the GSR fronts sittin in the garage but my winter rims won't fit over them so they are spring as well. Mite as well mod them into 5 lug.
the part i dont like is that fact that the spindle wont support the hub fully and the fact that you have to spot weld the nut onto spindle. I called up my acura dealer and i can get 2 new Type R arms for 375. so i might just go that route.
Can you run regular LCA's on the Type R arms? If so, that mite be more of an option. The fronts are a no brainer though.
you can run any lower control arm. Either the EG or DC. the way i see is that 375 for brand new trailing arms is damn good. For the front im going with Fast brakes 11.2 4 pot wilwood kit. its 725. The best part i dont have to buy a new front knuckle, seeing that i only have the 9.5 fronts now.

this kit is for the 9.5 knuckle. the only thing i going to do is ask them to put 5 lug rotors in instead of the 4. Here it is
