no offence, but that car looks like a disaster.

judging by the front end removal & wire everywhere.. then the carpenters hammper hanging up against the front bumper.. i'm gonna say that the builder was clueless!

uh...why does it have a turbo manifold on it?...was it turbocharged before or what?....that car looks like complete poop btw....

so already you are going to need a header (or complete the turbo kit)
cv axles
and apparently a timing belt

and if it was turbocharged before then that is a big hell no...pass on it

this is what he said---- I was building it as racing project for about a year now.Its a flat primer black eg vx hatch was red.It weighs 2200 pounds stock. Now it's hovering in the 2000 pound range maybe less.It does run and drive. But the passenger axel clicks.I can deliver it on a car trailer for free. The tags are out.(2005)A little bit more time and money and this will be a quick car.Its more of a race car that needs a little work or turned back into a daily driver. All the swap and everything has been done.It will be a great project for anyone.I do have 94 si interior seats F and Back that are mint. I'll throw them in,if i get my asking price. he also said that the Cons
It has no door panels or plastic in the rear
It has two or one ek seat
It has been stipped on the inside other than the dash and seats
no tags
It needs better mounts or modified a little more. The passenger axel clicks.
Might need a timing belt soon. It's loose. so then what do you all think????? best advise please.......

don't do it

little_chicken Aug 11, 2007 01:41 PM

if it were me........i would buy it, maybe for just the engine and mounts....but the overall car isnt worth it

Zabouskie Aug 11, 2007 03:13 PM

i'd stay away from it.

FUCK no. MAYBE if it didn't have a 10 dollar SS autochrome turbo manifold which indicates what kind of money this person has and would spend on the car, it also has cheap ass motor mounts, no HASport no care. 1500 bucks I would snag it in a second, pull the motor scrap the car. That is quite a rare motor if it isn't just a valve cover swap also.

daniel9111 Aug 11, 2007 08:18 PM

so then it will be better to buy a hatch and swap a motor myself???
