cluth will not completlly disengage
93 civic si. The clutch hold fine but wont completlly disengage when it's pushed in. When i shift gears i have to push the clutch in but also revmatch it to get it to go into gear. Then if i put it in a gear take it up to high rpms then let off the gas and push in the clutch it stays somehwat connected engine braking the car until i pull it out of gear. Any ideas? is this the clutch master cylindar or what? and the clutch fluid is full

From what I can tell the clutch system on the 93 is hydraulic.
1 Check you fluid ,bleed the system of air.
2 Look for leaks in your master cylinder and slaved cylinder(the master will leak onto you floor bord back side of the fire wall). Some times the master and slave seals go bad internally=no pressure build up=no clutch release.
3 Inspect you clutch and throw out bearing(some times the clutch can get stuck on the input shaft splines. This keeps the clutch stuck to the fly wheel but the pressure plate releases=half ass release. Lube the input shaft a little).
4 I doubt it but it might be an internal trans problem. If all else fails.
