If you are going to do this yourself and you have or will have more Hondas and you want to save a big PITA chunk of your life, buy a crank holding tool. I bought one from Sir Tools (about $100 for both type pulleys). Took me longer to assemble the tool then it did for me to get the crank bolt off. Make sure you tighten that bolt also, mine got alittle loose and caused the pulley to wobble a tiny bit.

You can do the timing belt and see if everything works fine afterwards, but you may have take off the head if the valves hit. In that case I just keep tension on the belt from the top and carefully move it off the cam sproket (marking it's location)-then proceed with the head removal. That way you don't have to redo all of that stuff.
