Could someone point me in the right direction? I'm going to convert my automatic Del Sol to a 5 speed. I need to know what parts I will need and how to go about it. I have an experienced mechanic that is going to help me but has not worked on Honda's before. He also said I would need all the parts before we begin the conversion. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I found what I needed to know. The swap seems to be pretty straight forward as long as you have the correct parts.
