D15b swap eratic Idle/throttle body Q's

ok,I yanked out a d15b7 and put in a d15b v-tec.I ran my v-tec wires every thing went great.upon start up shes screaming,so i swap out the throttle body thinking the TPS is fuct? Now the racing is gone but its up then down,up,down etc. etc.so i then begin checking and cleaning evrything FITV,IACV,nothing seems to help??check all my vacum lines, everything looks good??I then with the air intake off plug one of the vacum ports inside the throttle body and it calms right down perfectly??so I'm lost, tried the map sensor looks ok.......anybody got any ideas????Maybe I'm just over looking something here???also does anybody know why some TB's have 2 maps and some dont??

What port did you clog.It might be the one that runs to the iacv.Your iacv might be stuck open.Un plug your iacv connector the idle should drop.Plug back in it should rise.If it wont i would try a norther iacv. Also your air bleed screw might no be adjusted rite. To adjust you air bleed unplug your iacv and play with the air bleed to set the idle around 600 then plug it back in.With the iacv plugged back in you should see and idle around 700.I don't know about 2 maps, some have a map and a purge control valve on the tb.
