I thought the front uca's mounted differently as well. Don't the 6th gen Civic's have horizontal mounting bolts while the 5th gen Civic's and Teg's have vertical mounting bolts?
coilovers, shocks, and springs are all interchangeable. the upper a arms u speak of is correct, its different for the 5g civic/3g teg and the 6g civic.
