I want to put a b16b (type-r) in my del Sol. I was just wandering what I all have to get to make this work.

Same thing you need to get it to work with a civic :dunno: mounts, wiring, yada yada... B18C>B16B, Destroked B18C Type R FTL :down:

EDIT: depending on the year of your del sol, you might need an OBD Change over

 

Just get a b16a or b18c. Whitch the extra moneyt for a b16b you could throw some mods on a b18c.

b16b Complete Change over - 3,800$

b18c R Complete Change over - 4,950$

There you go. Get the gsr swap then start getting parts for boost.

 

Well depends.. completely if he has the vtec(b16a) sol then you pretty much have everything you need. 94-95 is obd1 and 96-97 obd2. if you already have the vtec sol. just build the internals of that motor, and turbo it. it will come out cheaper than a GSR/CTR/ITR swap if you piece your turbo kit.
