i believe the answer he was looking for was: 65lbs torque factory spec. I would do 65, drive it 500 miles then retorque it to 66lbs

Make sure you follow the procedure to tighten all the bolts about half-way (I think it's 23 ft-lbs) first, then tighten to the final 65 lbs-ft.
Ideally you should have a manual if you are doing this kind of work, it's not even $20 at an auto parts store.

8 4 2 6 10


not positive, but that should be the tighten pattern, and yeah, do 23-25lbs first followed by 65lbs.
