Default o2 sensor

Is it safe to run without an o2 sensor for about a day or 2 in a 95 honda civic ex?

All you need is a 22mm open-end wrench and some PB blaster. I would spray the part where the sensor screws into the manifold and let it soak for a day. Then I would get at it with the wrench. Thats exactly what I did with mine. Sometimes the sensor will freeze upon removal when you're unscrewing it. If that happenes you're going to need to get a new sensor and probebly re-tap the manifold bung.

It might not be that easy. A muffler shop spent 20 min. torching my old one and torquing it to all hell to get it off. Could be easy, or could be a pain in the ass. All relative. :hs:

take pipe off, stick it in the vise, use the tool that was designed to do this task (rent from parts store). use either a really long braker bar or a nice impact gun. You'll be all set. Or we can just do it when you bring your car up here to from auto to manual, were gonna yank the engine out anyways...
