You'll have to do a compression test or better yet a leak down test to determine if it's the gasket.
Is it overheating?
Do you smell anti freeze sweet smell from inside the car? From the tail pipe?
You (or someone) can check your antifreeze for exhaust fumes also.

When your car is cool, start it up and then take off the radiator cap. If you see bubbles surfacing while the car is running your head gasket it toast.

alright, i went to my g.fs hhouse yesterday to see my daughter and i drove home about 30 miles there and back, and i parked my car got up today didnt use no water, and i started the car took of the radiator cap and waited about 1 min and seen no bubbles coming up, so i guess i have a leak or something..
