Auto - Manual Conversion
hey guys
im getting ready to do the automatic-to-manual conversion on my civic
just wanted to make sure im not forgetting anything
so far my checklist is:
- manual tranmission (obviously
) picked up a gsr tranny
- pedal assembly (clutch, brake, and gas) still looking
- clutch booster still looking
- slave cylinder still looking
anything else im missing???

Parts included with a swap:
tranny
shift linkage
shifter
slave cylinder
Parts you'll need from a 92-95 Civic 5 speed or 94+ Integra 5 speed
clutch pedal assembly
brake pedal assembly
clutch master cylinder
clutch hydro lines on firewall/passenger side frame rail
dead pedal (if you want one)
Parts from a 92-95 Civic
wires that run from ignition switch to the drivers side firewall main clips running out to the engine including the starter relay switch
Aftermarket parts
Place Racing tranny mount auto to manual
This is just a quick run down. You MUST have the Place Racing mount because the mount on the passenger side frame rail is located higher for clearance due to an auto tranny is much larger than a manual.
