people told me its the driver side wheel bearing but heres whats wrong... when i drive the steering wheel shakes.. vibrates... wen its goin striaght theres a weird noise but wen i turn it slightly to the left.. the nose and vibration goes away... what do you guys think is wrong?

 

check tire balance, alignment, and wheel bearings

Are your lug nuts tight? lol..
I've seen it happen!
and yes more then likely it is your wheel bearing!!
