Looks like an OBD1 P72 ECU. It is chippable, so it could be used for chipped applications or it could be the stock ECU for a 92-95 vtec civic.
It also looks like a conversion harness, but without seeing the configuration of the plugs, I couldn't tell you if it is OBD2a or OBD2b.

5 Speed- 000, 001, 002, 003, A00, A01, A02, C00, C01, C02, J00, J02, G00, G01
Auto- J50, J51, 901, 902, C50, C51, A50, A51, A52, L50, L51, G51
Looks like a P28 from a 95 EX/SI 5-speed. That ECU is sought after more than one from an AUTO. Guys are getting their tax returns back around this time and putting in vtecs all over the globe. Research the harness, and sell that bad-boy on it's own. That ECU can sell on ebay for about $130 solid if you get it going on a 5 or 7 day auction. I did my best to win a P08 for my d15b vtec, but it went for $195 when my bidding stopped at around $130. Guru's are gonna let you know what the harness is for, but that ECU is most certainly a P28 for a vtec 5-speed. Make sure you put that in bold. $50 difference on your side for a 5-speed. Way to go gettin your hands on one. I'd leave it a virgin if you're gonna slang it. And when you put it on ebay, put it back together before you post pics of it.
